Terms of Service

These terms apply to Tell11, operated by ElevenX2 LLC. By using Tell11, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for accounts, contacts, calls, messages, and content you are authorized to manage.

Trial And Paid Plans

The no-card trial includes setup access and may include a reusable trial-pool phone number with limited calling when one is available. Customer-owned live phone numbers, outbound SMS, fax, teams, automations, prepaid refills, and expanded billable usage require a paid plan. Outbound SMS also requires carrier approval.

Billing And Usage

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan limits, included users, included phone numbers, usage caps, add-ons, prepaid usage, and refund language are shown on the pricing page. Tell11 may pause outbound spend when an account is trial, paused, capped, past due, missing approval, or otherwise not authorized for the requested usage.

Phone Numbers And Messaging

Live number activation may require carrier and provider approval. Outbound business SMS requires a paid plan, valid recipient consent, and carrier approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business registration, sample messages, consent practices, contact lists, and compliance with calling and texting laws.

AI Output

AI-generated call handling, summaries, replies, routing suggestions, and knowledge drafts can be wrong or incomplete. Review important outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, emergency, or high-risk matters.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Tell11 for spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful robocalling, deceptive marketing, credential theft, regulated advice without proper review, or contacting people without required consent. Tell11 may suspend or limit accounts to protect customers, carriers, providers, and the platform.
